A penalty APR of prime +20.00% may be applied to late payments. Payments are due at least 25 days after the close of each billing cycle. If you are charged interest, the charge will be no less than $2.00. A transaction fee of either $5 or 3%, whichever is greater, will be applied to balance transfers and cash advances. Foreign transactions will be charged 2% of the transaction in U.S. dollars. Up to a $25 fee may be applied to late and returned payments.
